PhD Studentship – Evaluate yield limiting factors by means of multi-sensor and data fusion approach

Supported by the Department of Environment, Forestry and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) through ICT-AGRI programme, a studentship up to £12,500 p.a. for 3 years plus fees* is available

Cranfield University is seeking a highly motivated graduate to undertake this exciting research project which aims to deploy a multi-sensor and data fusion approach to evaluate the yield limiting factors of selected arable crops. Proximal sensors to collect data on soil physical and chemical properties, crop cover, crop disease and yield will be implemented.
